    TN Visa expiration
    I'm a Canadian with a TN visa expiring soon, although I'm almost securing another job. If I'm not offered the job before my TN expires can I obtain a TD under my spouse and then change back to a TN once I have my offer?

    Yes, as long as you timely file the COS to TD. Remember, you can get three-year approvals on TN's now. Good luck on the job search.
