    Please I need help!I'm underweight
    I'm 17+ and I'm 5"2 79 lbs

    Is there any way that I can gain weight?.

    Hi,
    First of all, have you seen a doctor??
    A doctor can tell you what you need to do.
    If you don't want to see a doctor, there are "over the counter" drinks you can buy, such as those that are for gaining weight.
    They are similar to the multiple vitamin and sugar products like Boost, etc, but are different names designed to gain weight.
    Go to http://www.google.com, and type in "gain weight", without quotes, then click on Search.
    You can find many links with names of these "gain weight" products.
    Please see a doctor.

    Hiya I am the same I'm 15 and only weight 7 st3 I have the mick picked everyday and I always feel hurt even my boyfriend does I am going to see the doctor about it I think you should do the same :rolleyes:

    Hey Glitter

    I fully understand your problem. When I was in your age I had the same problem. Now I am 31 years old and slowly my belly begins to grow! Help help.

    With 19 I started serious bodybuilding and over 5 years I gained about 10 kg of pure muscle. The funny but sad thing is that when I stop exercising I lose weight.

    If you start exercising (I recommend you bodybuilding) you will gain weight. Try to lift extrem heavy weights. Heavy weights make muscle grow.

    Eating tons of burger will not help you.

    Remember this will take some time! When doing bodybuilding you will see first results within 2 - 6 month.

    Gain weight
    I think that the best thing to do is to start to work out. You will notice a gain in weight. Muscle tends to weight more than fat. And unlike fat it is better for you in the long run. So start lifting weights. I don’t like the drinks, because it’s normally just high in sugars, and increasing the amount of sugar intake is not what you need.

    I have the same problem of you. I am 13 but I only weigh 70 pounds. My mom is forcing me to eat more, I have a good appetite, but I don't gain weight all around the year. I just randomly gain 10 pounds in summer then it stops. Weird. Its just that all of our bodies are different.

    I'm the same but I'm 12 but in a few months I will be 13 but I am only a little over 60 pounds I eat a lot but it is just my metabolism I work out and that does nothing either IDEA for you to try to gain some weight is eat a bagel or two to gain some weight it helped me a lot I was only 59 pounds until the end of the 6th grade but eating bagels helped a lot and now I am up to 64 pounds. HOPE IT HELPS
