    Hair in armpits
    Is it natural to have it start growing at 16 .I don't see like a lot of hair but I saw just a tiny short bit of hair. I always thought I would never get it .I'm not fond of hair in that particular place.

    You don't say whether you are male or female, but body hair (other than your head) can start growing much earlier than 16.

    Puberty doesn't end after only one year. It can drag out through the teen years and finally end around age 21 or 22.

    Obviously, you didn't get "through" it. Your body is still undergoing some of its changes.
