    Form 8843
Hi my mane is Margy, I been in U.S since 2003 as a tourist. Later I change my status to F1 since 2004. I have never filled any form since then. My friend told me that I have to use the form 8843. What should I do? Do I have to filled 3 forms for the 3 years I been here?
    Please help me...
One more thing... in 2003 before I change my status to F1 I applied for a Tax Payer Identification Number and I got it... What should I do with it... cancel it or use it in my form 8843 declaration?
    Thank you for your help...

Your friend is correct. You should have been filing 8843 each year so file them now (and there is no need to cancel your identification number, this is not a problem).

Depending on your situation, you perhaps should have also been filing a tax return and you would file a 1040NR.
