    Getting dizzy when I move my head and eyes.
    I woke up from a nap at approximately 7pm this evening and became very dizzy when I got out of the bed. Now 2 and a half hours later I am still having dizzy spells but its only when I move my head or eyes to look in a different direction. What am I experiencing and is it serious?

    To attempt to guess, would not be proper. There are several things it could be. Please get medical attention.
