    I upgraded to 200 amp service and my electric bill is higher why?
    My meter is running faster then before the upgrade with nothing else added!

    Compare the amount of Kw usage as well as rate. You may be using the same amount.

    Was the meter itself replaced by the power company?
    Maybe your old one was slow. This is not at all uncommon.
