    I chance my licenses to another state, now my first is suspended?
    I move to another state and chance my licenses, now I find out in the first state is suspended, but I got the license for the 3 years, and I have to go to the dmv to bring all he papers because I'm applying for cdl,what I should do?

    You should contact the DMV in the original state to find out why the suspension was issued and either satisfy the conditions of the suspension, or prove that it was issued incorrectly. Once you handle the issue of the suspension, then a transfer to another state, and application for a CDL should be no issue.

    Yes you can not transfer till you clear up the suspension. So you will need to contact the DMV there and find out what happened and why.
