    Need more details - does he know where you live? What Country? Are you residing in the same County?

    I haven't a clue. We need more info than what you provided. Did he file in court? Did you get divorce papers in the mail?

    Have you asked your ex, have you checked court records where your ex lives.
    Where you ever served any divorce paper work.

    If you have no idea then as far as you know you are not. You can not assume divorce.
