    Is it safe to take safslim while breastfeeding my 11month old baby
    I am trying to loose my pregnancy fat and I am still breestfeeding and I wanted to know will it effect my breastfeeding if I start taking safslim

    Since there haven't been studies on it with nursing mothers, you may want to play it safe and forgo the Safslim. Your best bet is to stick with the other suggestions they have right on their site regarding changing eating habits and increasing exercise. These two changes are tried and true, and do not have the potential for negative side effects.

    Another option would be a program that has been studied for nursing mothers, such as one offered by Weight Watchers. Again, as with any program to loose some weight, a healthier diet and more exercise are the foundation.

    You could always speak to your doctor about the Safslim and get their perspective on it.
