These two changes are tried and true, and do not have the potential for negative side effects.

Another option would be a program that has been studied for nursing mothers, such as one offered by Weight Watchers. Again, as with any program to loose some weight, a healthier diet and more exercise are the foundation.

You could always speak to your doctor about the Safslim and get their perspective on it.
