    I have been sexually active for three years but recently my vagina was looking dark,

    Any time there is odor, something is wrong. Please see your doctor who will also address your other complaints. (Your vagina is the "tube" and isn't visible to the naked eye.)

    You can't see the inside of your vagina without medical equipment so I don't know what you are describing.
