I have been sexually active for three years but recently my vagina was looking dark, wrinkly, and spotty. I have been with same guy for a long time and we were both each others first but my underwear have so much discharge and it just smells in general. What are your thoughts?

Any time there is odor, something is wrong. Please see your doctor who will also address your other complaints. (Your vagina is the "tube" and isn't visible to the naked eye.)

You can't see the inside of your vagina without medical equipment so I don't know what you are describing.
