    Need help sleeping
    Is it bad that I take tylenol pm everyday?

    Yeah its really bad recent studies have reveiled that sleep aids can lead to seizuies heart problems and mental disorders

    Shark killer is right!

    I have taken all kinds of prescriptions (from my doctor) and found that they do not work well for me. I always feel sick after I take them.
    I came across this in walmart and tried them and it work wonders for me!! Its only $4.00.
    I spoke with my doctor about this sleep aid that I take. And she says that it is safe and non addictive. I get the Equate(the brand) "Nighttime Sleep Aid".
    I wake up refreshed and clear headed!

    The fact you need something everyday is the issue, and you need to find out why.
    What are your work hours, social life? Is there stress in your life, worries?

    Do you calm down before bedtime? Stop all activities prior to about 30 min to one hour before bed time. Do you exercise doing the day?
