My girl has served 90 days in county jail in Missouri. She was just sentenced to 120 days shock time in DOC with credit for time served.

How much longer will she serve
My girl has served 90 days in county jail. She was just sentenced to 120 shock time in DOC with credit for time served. Will she get credit for each day she spent in jail or just a percentage of them? How does that work?

    Is her lawyer right
I've been told that my girl should get credit for the 90 days she has already spent in county jail in Missouri toward the 120 days of shock time in DOC she was sentenced to last Friday. I talked to her lawyer today and he said that it won't count cause she has to do a program. But the judge sentenced her to shock time not a program. Is her lawyer right? If he is how is that legal?

Normally "shock time" is a program, They work with various issues when inside during this time. If she was just given 90 days, not a "shock time" yes it would normally apply.
