    1991 Honda Civic LX
My 1991 Honda civic Lx hesitates to go up hills it loses power on the speedometer from 65-60 and so on a and so on depending on the hill. Also when accelerating it drags to get to its speed and sure does waste a lot of gas for a 4 cylinder car. Any answers?

Install new, properly gapped, NGK spark plugs, if they haven't been changed in 25,000 miles.

After that, I would install and new Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM.
