Lack of Parts for Bryant Outlet Box PANEL on 1999 furnace
Isn't this Bryant furnace under recall- I have primary & secondary heater exchangers that failed which requires inlet & outlet blox WITH coupling. I am being told the outlet box does not exist anywhere & factory has to make it which takes months.Model number 340MAV060120 AND SERIAL NUMBER 4099A0544. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE PARTS OR ANOTHER FURNACE

The part is under recall and it takes time to get parts, You have the option of a discount on a new furnace but not a free furnace. With the system out of the 10 year labor warranty you may even get a bill for some labor cost. The recall settlement was on the parts not labor.
