    Bolenes 15.5 hp mower the brakes stick
    The omly way to desangage the brakes is to press and release the brake pedal many times

    On the right side of the tranny , find the brake rod ,this hooks to a caliber . There are two pins inside that stick ,remove this and free up pins.
