    How do you convert an old heat/light unit to wire up a normal light only lamp unit
    I have a type337 heat/light unit and want to rewire unit so that it is just a normal lamp unit with a new unit

    Do not know what a "type337 heat/light unit" is.

    Brand name?

    Is this a ceiling fixture that holds a heat lamp and a standard lamp? If, so, just use a standard lamp in place of the heat lamp.

    More details would be helpful.
