    I'm 35 weeks and 3 days pregnant and having peioud like cramps all day
    What could this be I'm having loads of pressure back and front as well

    Labor. Call your Dr but I'm sure they will send you to labor and delivery to get checked out. Of course you're going to have back pain at this stage in the game but since its accompanied by "cramps" you should get checked.
