    26 weeks pregnant with bad abdominal cramps
    I am 26 weeks pregnant and I have been having some bad abdominal cramps. I have also felt really light headed and very shaky. This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what is normal and what is not. Should I be worried?

    Have you had a scan lately or been examined by a mid wife? I wouldn't say this is normal. It would pay for you to visit your mid wife or doctor if you are worried.

    Drink water now. You are probably dehydrated. I would contact you obgyn as well
