    My child turns 21 in a week and has not been a student since she turned 18
    My divorce papers say child support till age 18 unless full time student she is not my question is will she automaticlly come off or do I need to go back to cout we live in orange co. Ny. Cathie

    It sounds like you are paying through an agency. Contact that agency about the process of removing her.

    If you are paying by garnishment normally you have to file in court to get it stopped.

    It is best to contact the court or agency that you are paying for their procedure.
