    How and or what do I do to ask for early term probation in Manatee County Fl?
    I need to know if I need to file a petition or just wite a letter to the judge I have the OK from my PO. I have 13 months in and was sentenced to 18. I did the whole sentence and paid for with community service? Thank you

    A letter will do fine. Send a copy to the prosecutor & your PO.
