    Commercial bidding
I have a cleaning business... residential clients. I am interested in commercial cleaning, but do not know how to bid. I think there is some kind of formula dealing with square footage. I live in Georgia and information would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Diamond,

There are many ways to bid commercial and it varies per the type* of cleaning and the amount of tasks involved in the specification. Also the size of the building, smaller buildings/higher price per square foot.

*Retail, warehouse, office, medical, labs, etc.

If you have a building to bid or you would like to bid give me the details and we can work through it.
