    Bidding for commercial cleaning
I'm trying to start a business in commercial cleaning. How do I find bids for commercial cleaning?

Many ways Willak and you should use them all...

Internet advertising... (Clough is our expert on this, I will notify him to respond.)

    Pass out brochures.

Join social and business groups to network.

    Word of mouth.

And the one that I feel will bring the fastest results although it requires you to knock on doors... Cold Calling.

I have a local orlando cleanning company and I need help on preparing a commercial cleanning bid on how much it would be if we wax the floor once a month or if we have to provide the paper toilet or if he chose to do it, also the property is a 5 story building with 190,000 sq and it was recently built and has a lot of vacat offices at this point. Also how much needs to be discounted and what's the increase cost once they are rented?

    Hi Bennalexa,

You must start your own thread, it is not permissible to ask your question on someone else's thread.

Please go to the 'Home' page, click on 'Small Business' then go to the top of the page and click 'Ask', This will start your own thread and you will receive many more responses. :)
