    Oklahoma doctor not paying overtime.
I live in Oklahoma and work for a doctor. We are paid on a twice a month basis (15th and last day of month). Typical work week (Mon - Fri) is 43 hours. Should my employer be paying overtime? There are 5 employees (Doctor, office manager-his wife, tech, receptionist, and insurance specialist). Thank you.

Are you a hourly employee or a salary employee. Many office managers, medical tech are often salary. ( but I know some hourly)

It appears they should be paying you overtime, OK does not have a real law of their own, they merely state that the Federal law will be followed
