    Overtime
    I have regularly worked overtime for the last 10 years on a Sunday, now my employer wants 2 contract me instead of paying overtime, can they do this as I rely on overtime pay for rent & bills?

    You mean he is changing you from an hourly employee to a contract employee? This may not be legal if you are doing the same work. However, as a contract employee you can negotiate your pay.
