    How much jail time can u get for a parole voilation in virginia?
    I was released on bond and placed on supervised probation. I gave 2 dirty urine.My original charge is possession, How much time can I get for the violation.

    Hello b:

    Whatever the original sentence was. Your time on probation does NOT count toward you release date. They can make you do ALL of your original time.

    You can be sent to jail or prison for the entire original sentence that was given. It does not matter how long you have done probation. They may not require the entire time,
