    House damage
    My neighbor keep hitting the side of my house.also damage to my lawn.can I them to court?

    Perhaps, what type of damage to the house is there? How or why do they hit the house, what do they hit the house with?

    How many times have you called the police and reported it ?

    What proof do you have that they have done this, that can be presented in court?
