    Not a uti or pregnancy...
    You know how it feels when you take drowsy medication(lots of it) and you can't sleep and you feel sick and nauseated
    Except I haven't taken anything and I'm really tired but can't sleep
    And my abdomain hurts and I'm cramping
    I have a small sickyness in my nose with a cough, but its not that bad
    I'm more irratated by always wanting to throw up with the cramping
    I'm drinking more then usual and I eat as normal as possible but nothing helps and it stays upset especially after I eat I feel sicker
    I had my iud removed in November of 2010, after having it in for almost a year I was having trouble with infections
    Currently have a persistent uti that comes and goes as it pleases
    Weird hot flashes sometimes, it will get super hot in the room and I feel weak and fatigued more then usual
    And its difficult to stand for more then 8 minutes, and I get dizzy often.
    I mainly have sharp pain in the lower right of my abdomain/pelvis, with a dull throbbing everywhere else and sharp pain under the ribs accompanied with heartburn, even when I drink just water.
    No I don't think I'm pregnant, yes I have unprotected sex with my fiancˇe, he's been my only partner since we got together in August of 2010, but the symptoms come and go as they please just like the uti, and have ever since I got my iud removed.
    I have no insurance, and when I suggest to planned parenthood its more then just a uti they shove me off with check out papers telling me to take the pills and it will get better(even though I follow all the directions and it still comes back, and I keep clean I'm highly confused... )
    By the way I'm 20 next month, I weigh 136 and I'm 5'5"

    I know you have no insurance and don't want to hear this but you need to see a Physician. This sounds more like a kidney infection to me.

    I've had a kidney infection, and I had pain in my back, this is different then that though.

    Again - go to a Doctor. I've HAD kidney infections. You don't necessarily have back pain.

    I would be foolish and dangerous to diagnose you over the Internet.
