    Foreclosure
    My husband passed away 9/7/11 he admitted stride in our home.. they are going to foreclose on this house Feb 24, 8012 I am not on the note but I am on the deed. The mortgage company has called everyday to speak to Steve I have told him every time that he died and this ma ked me upset because I have to tell them about what happened.. I would like to stay here but I have baled for my disability and this will be my only income.. what can I do so I can have a place to live.. I really need a good lawyer that will help me . I have several problems with this company with this life ins of 200,000 and his 401k and they still have his equipment PLEASE SOMEONE HIELP PLEASE ME ASAP...

    Admitted stride? Committed suicide?
    Baled for disability? Applied for disability? His or yours?
    Is English a second language?
    Why haven't you applied for mortgage life insurance, which he probably HAD to have? The fact that they are calling every day makes me suspect that you haven't done anything about all the paperwork after his death.
    You really need a lawyer, even if it costs you his 401K.
    You need notarized death certificates to give to various people, such as the 401K company. Have you done that? Was there a funeral home? They do that.
    How much was in the 401K?
    Why won't his company give you his equipment? What kind of company?

    You really need to start finding a place to live, despite all this. Do you have relatives?

I just received a letter today stating my home is now in foreclosure and will will be auctioned off on jan 2 and 2007 if I don't come up with 3000.00 plus as they said at the attorneys office 1300. 00 in non negotiable legals fees for a total of 4300.00.this doesn't even include my other bills...
