    Foreclosure Or Not? I want to know
    My landlord adv me a few weeks ago that he is selling the property. How or where do I check to see if the property is in foreclosure?

    Ajosey, do you have a lease or are you month to month? If a lease is in place it will continue to be enforced by a buyer.
