    Can not start my ford 99 Taurus. Have changed the key lock and the Ignition switch
    I have changed my cars Ignition switch and ignition key lock. Now theft system comes up and will not allow me to start the car

The key is one of those that have chip in it, and the steering wheel isn't locked. It happened a few weeks ago but finally got it to work, this morning spent 15 minutes trying and wouldn't turn at all. Any ideas?
