    Married over 1 year what are my rights in New York state?
    Curretnly Husband in Air Force reserve. Made me leave over 6 months ago. Have been married over 1 year. What am I entitled to?

    A divorce. If you had done this 6 months ago there may have been room to get an anullment. But if a years time has passed then you will have to go through the divorce process.

    You are entitled to a divorce. I will assume there are no children, since you did not mention it.
