    Electrical outlets have neckeed wires and no mounting box
    Mainetenance man changed old outlets, didn't put in mounting boxes. Necked wires in wall.

    Are you in the USA? If so, a friendly call to the township electrical inspector might be a good idea...
    I can't imagine any building code would allow this,
