    Help me Quit
I am 14, my first year of high school, and a friend has got me into smoking weed, I know it is bad, and what it can do to your body, but I just can't stop, what makes it worse is that my parents have recently started it too. They have no idea that I do it, and they think I don't know about them. I am under a lot of stress so I smoke more, I have blown a lot of money into it, and I just want to stop. What are some ways? Please help me!

    Sincerely: Angey.

You need to talk to a counsellor if you can't stop on your own. There's no magic formula.

No one "gets" you to smoke weed. You do it willingly. You start because you want to and you stop because you want to.

Where do you get "a lot" of money to spend on it?

The money comes from me, I have a job and make my own, but I'm scared to talk to a counselor. I know there's no magic formula but I tell myself to stop, I stop for a few days then I make a stupid decision and do it again. I haven't done it in 3 days now, but I don't know I guess I have an urge to do it again. Is there anyway I can take my mind off it like a hobbie or a new healthier habit.

Yes, any hobby and any other habit. Take up working out, jogging, running.
