    DUI and a car accident
    I got pulled over and I got arrested for a DUI and unsafe turn, but before I got arrested, I had an accident which I believe it was minor and I wasn't at fault. I told the officer that I was just going back because I did not have a control on the car. So the officer wrote me a citation afterword for just the DUI and the unsafe turn, but the ticket is not saying about the accident at all. Is that mean that there is no report for the accident and I only have to take care of the DUI ticket and the unsafe turn in the court ?

    Describe the accident! Generally the only time you have to go to criminal court over an accident is if you injured or killed someone. You may, of course be sued in civil court for damages.
