I'm a 22 year old girl... I'm so lonely,unloved and invisible... I feel nobody can see me... nobody has ever loved me althoug am a sociable person bt all the guys consider me just a friend or sister nothing more
I had a crush on several guys bt none of them had the same feeling towards me... Maybe am not beautiful but I have a pure innocent character bt I don't know why nobody loves me... I donno if there's this problem in me I don't know it...
Its as if am used to rejection and being ignored... I never felt the mutual love and romance
Everyone around me is loved I feel am odd and invisible... my father passed away 8 years ago and until now I miss him like hell... every day I cry for his absence... I miss feeling secure,safe and warm... I need a lover who would love me and give me all the feelings I lost... I sometimes feel pain in my heart,deep terrible pain... I feel if I stab my heart with a knife I'll be relieved... I've been hurt and rejected a lot in my life that I donno how it feels to be loved... Am I a normal person?

Hey! You are normal OK!!
You are grieving for your father, which is normal (I grieve for my parents daily).
You want love, which is normal (we all search for and want the same).
You feel unloved and passed over, which is normal (been there done that)!

But... you do need to learn how to love yourself sweetie!!
No one will ever love us unless we can truly love ourselves.
Take steps on how to love who you are, and what you stand for.
Read some self help books! I say this a lot to people, only because those books saved me :).
There are some nice sites online too (belief.com) you can search through.

You will find that when you begin loving yourself sweetie, people become drawn to you!!

This is a good site to visit and to vent and even to answer questions for others.

Which I suspect is part of the problem...

Do you have a job or go to school? Do you live at home or alone in an apartment or with roommates? Do you have any special likes--reading or sewing or doing crossword puzzles or riding horses? Do you have a dog or cat or pet rat or chameleons or even goldfish?

(Can you tell? I like to ask questions. :D)

Well I'm studying dentisty still at college... I live at home with my mother only... and I don't have any pet
I like photography and I like horse riding bt I donno how to ride them anyway

Everyone of us have something special about us sweetie!
No 2 people are alike :)! No one is perfect...

Like horses huh? See if you can visit a stable, and learn how to ride.
Or just go online and check out other horse lovers sites!
Start looking for things that you have always wanted to do. This way you will
Meet others like you. You will have something in common with them!

As far as liking yourself... you will soon begin to love yourself.
Go to a church? A group of adults your age would work wonders for you. They go out and do things together weekly.
They have lots of fun! And you need that!
And they also discuss feelings, like the ones you are having now. You are alone...
You are normal OK! Feelings such as yours happens to all of us more than once throughout our lives.

Go to a book store and explore books. Look at some of the self help books.
You will find many books that will help you, especially to help build up yourself esteem.

To me... sounds like you are one smart cookie!
You recongnized that you were having a problem... and you took steps to correct them...
You are on your way sweetie... do not give up!
Keep pushing forward on this... if you end up taking one step back, you just take another 2 steps forward!! :)
