    Adding attic insulation?
I'm adding insulation to a Kneewall attic area that used to be used for storage. There is presently 1/4 inch plywood on the floor over the existing insulation. Can I add insulation on top over the plywood or does it need to be removed. (This area will no longer be used for storage)

Before I can answer you would need to remove some of that plywood and check for a vapor barrier.
