    Downstairs heat is fine upstair heat won't shut off ?
    Downstairs heat is fine upstair heat won't shut off. Heating guy changed the thermostat and check for shorts in the wires, he doesn't know what it is.

    There not much we can do until you tell us more info.
    Like brand
    Is the furnace electric,, gas, oil,, heatpump?
    Model number might help
    ,
