96 Honda Accord will not start
My car was losing power and I heard t clicking sound from my ABS motor relay,and my RPM's was going crazy. So I changed my ignition coil thought that was the problem, started up the car when I was done the RPM's was not going crazy anymore but the ABS motor relay was still clicking. I turned off the car and got a new ABS put it in went to start the car and all I herd was a clicking sound everything came on just didn't start. Can anyone help thanks

. Remove and fully charge (or replace) the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Be very thorough.
. Check for codes.
. Check the alternator. The regulated battery voltage should be 14 to 15 volts, while idling.
I suspect the battery, and possibly the alternator, are bad.

I checked the battery and it is good. The alternator is new I got it about a month ago.
The thing is it won't tun over and it just makes a clicking sound.
But like I said it started fine but I heard a clicking sound from the ABS so I turned it off and put in a new one and when I went to start the car all it did was make a clicking sound

How did you check the battery?
If you are saying it cranks but won't start, I would focus on the distributor, if the Check Engine Light comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II). Normally, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) solves the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. An ABS related problem should not prevent the engine from starting.

You where right the battery was low.
Now I got it running starts up really good. But now I got another problem if I turn on my blinker my RPM goes to 0 then back to 1, but if I turn on the headlight and the blinkers the car dies I know it have to do with the wiring or the blinker switch.

Adjust the idle speed to 700 rpm. Go to the cable, loosen the inside jam nut, and slightly turn the outside nut clockwise. I suspect your car is idling too low. If the problem persists, the Ignition Control Module (ICM) inside the distributor may be bad. The BLU wire on the ICM goes directly to the tachometer. Any problem with the ICM is going to show up immediately on the tach.

OK well I got my idle speed right and I went down and got a (ICM) and put it in.
So I started the car and let it run for about 5 min. then it started to do the same thing first the radio started turning on and off then just went off then the clock went off but the car was still running the battery light never came on or check engine. So I turned it off and tried to start it again and the battery was dead I let it sit for an hour and it started up as it was in idle I turn on the blinkers and the RPM's was going up and down then when I turned on the lights the RPM went to 0 and stayed there then the car went dead again.

I would remove and fully charge the battery again. Then, I would get the alternator checked out. Other than that, I don't know what to suggest.

Well I fond the problem it was the ignition switch and my ground was not getting a good connection.
