    CRX crank won't start
    1990 crx si crank will not start with blown start signal fuse already replaced with main relay and used computer.fuel pump runs

    Does the Check Engine Light comes on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?

    That means the problem is likely with the distributor. Usually, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil solves the problem. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM.

    I have fire at spark plug grounded on engine.still possible distributor?

    Yes. It may be firing but not at the right time. The ICM is a giant electrical switch which controls current to the coil. It needs to precisely open and close (dwell), when the ECM directs, or the timing will be off.
