I have a 1991 Honda Civic that my son let sit for about 45 days without starting, we went to start the car and it would not start the battery was dead took it to shucks and they charged the battery and brought it home put battery in car and still nothing will not start no lights or horn, radio etc...

I bought this car new in '91 so I know it well. For several months I have had problems starting the car. I replaced the battery in July, 06; didn't help!
