I'm sorry honey, but there is nothing you can do to make them smaller aside from surgery. Most likely a doctor will not do surgery until you have finished growing. For now, though, you need to make sure that your mother buys you good supportive bras.

If you are like most young people in america today you likely eat fast food and store bought meat and poultry products. Most people don't relize that eating these types of foods can have an adverse effect on young people who are in the middle of puberty. When these animals are raised many of them recive steroids and can also be consuming feeds grown with fertilizers compounding the problem. My advice would be to change your diet, by your meats from a whole foods store or local farm that will allow you to inspect the feed. You can also do some low weight\high repition exercises to decrease fat or elongate muscle, lastly you can resort to surgery but this option is not used often for girls your age.

I would also say, be sure you are fitted properly for a bra. If you have never been professionally fitted you should consider it.

First, do you have any documented evidence to back up those claims?

Second, even if you are correct, that is unlikely to be the cause of larger breasts especially in a teen. Its nice that you want to help people, but please try to be more accurate in your responses.

    To angel,
As noted the only way to reduce your breast size is surgery. However, a Size H cup is rather unusual. I would have you mom take you to your pediatrician and discuss this with the doctor.

Scott was talking to the other poster who was attempting to say your diet had something to do with this. He was asking them to prove their statement, since most likely he, like myself does not believe them. They appear to have an agenda for diet and want to blame it on all ills of the young

What Chuck said. I was questioning what I felt was inaccurate advice from the other poster. He seems to have an agenda and I don't think you should pay attention to his advice unless he can provide proof to back up what he said.

    Want to know my motive?
I have a 5 yr old daughter that has to wear a bra!!
If you want me to sit here and debate a know issue with you then tough cause I'm not interested but I will leave a few addys to back my advice up!

    http://www.sustainabletable.org/issues/hormones/

    http://www.livestrong.com/article/98...owth-hormones/

    http://www.foodandwaterwatch.org/food/foodsafety/dairy/

Now I will admit that there is limited evidence but you have to understand that there is a lot of money spent to refute any negative claims found by anyone. I know were not talking about big oil here but the beef and dairy industries are pretty damn big and I can't imagine they sit on there thumbs when a big university like Cornell is studying there methods looking for negative results.

First, thank you for providing back up to your claims. I reviewed the links and all I see are suppositions and suspicions without concrete evidence. Even those articles contain admissions that the evidence is limited and not conclusive.

There was no evidence that these issues had anything to do with the OP.

As far as your daughter is concerned, is there any medical evidence that links her condition to causes mentioned in those articles?

I stand on my original point that this is highly unlikley to be the cause for the OP.
