Sorry, but your body structure is based on hereditary genetics and there is no pill to make boobs smaller. You are only l6, so supposedly the rest of your body will fill out and everything will eventually match up :). Otherwise, when you are older you can have a breast reduction, a non invasive surgery that turns out quite well.

You cannot do anything about this (especially at 16). If it become a medical issue (back problems), a breast reduction may be needed.

Do not feel insecure about your body, people mature at different times and at different rates. If I am correct, your body will be maturing up to (or into) your 30's. (don't quote me on that)

Since the OP is only 16 years old, I'm not going to go into the details, but it is one of the most invasive elective surgeries in the plastics field!

tickle I am sorry, I went though 6 months of breast reduction recovery with my wife, she was off her feet for almost two weeks and almost 6 before she could even do normal household activities. While hidden well, they make large cuts and even have to relocate the nipples.

I am sorry for my remark, but it was just so wrong it made me mad

Don't be sorry for your remark! Tickle thinks she is a health practitioner. I totally disagree with many things she says. I really don't think she has a clue what she is talking about!

I'm not even going to go into one of the other threads where she was totally out of line!

Chuck, I had it done five years ago at 65; I absolutely did not find it painful and I was back at work in two days.

Edit: and yes I had my nipples relocated and extensive scarring underneath but at my age only my husband is going to see them.
If anyone wants pictures I can find a way of getting that done. Nipples never look the same but it isn't that obvious.

Not painful and NON-INVASIVE are two totally different things. Non-invasive means basically that there is no break in the skin.

Like the other said, surgery is really your only option for making your boobs smaller. Unless you are overweight, in which case losing weight might help. But even that's not for sure. Some of us are just genetically large breasted (even at my lowest weight in high school I was still a D). I've found that good fitting bras (avoid push up bras if you want to seem smaller) or even sports bras can do a lot for comfort.
