Janitrol Gas Heater will not stay lite Model #GMP075-3
I turn on the thermostst the Draft vinducer motor starts up the ignitor comes on glows bright orange then the gas ignites on all 3 burner for about 7 sec. Then as the ignitor fades out the flame goes out as well. It cycles 3 times like this then the indicator light flashes once every 4 sec. I tried to clean the flame sensor with steel wool lightly nothing change so I replace the flame sensor for $13.00. Still have the same problem it seems as though the flame sensor is not seeing the flame so it shuts off. What is the problem here?
I did not see any broken or burnt wires and connectors seem to be tight. Help |

I am having a problem adjusting flame on 2 of the 3 burners it will not adjust to a tight cone and the excess flame keeps triping heat censers I took apart and wire brushed everything inside burners can they go bad they are 17 years old.

My furnace pilot would not stay lite, changed the thermcouple but pilot would still not stay lite, i installed a new gas valve, now pilot will stay lite until the unit lites up the furnace unit will come on and pilot goes out and unit stays on for about 3 min and then i hear a click and the furnace...

I replaced the filter in my Janitrol heater, now the unit doesn't lite or go on.
