You have an air leak on the seals on the door. You will need to remove the door and lay out in sun. Look at it closely and you should be able to see moisture that seeped in. It only takes a pin hole to leak in enough air to freeze the moisture to cause problems. Dry thoroughly and then try to test after checking connections. When resealing use GE Silicone caulk on all surfaces between plastic inner liner and steel part of door. Seal well or it will fail.
