My husband owns 50% of a house in Louisiana, his 2 siblings owns 20% each. My husband (of 38 years) passed away 2 month ago. We have 1 daughter, does our daughter automatically own all of his portion? Would I own any share?

It depends on how the property is titled. If it is titled as right of survivorship, then no, the other owners split his share. Otherwise then your daughter (assuming she is his only child) will inherit under the LA laws of inheritance.
