    I have a party in a week and need to lose weight?
    Right its 10 days until xmas, and my friend s having a party for the new year, and I need to loose a little weight. Not much just a it of arm fat and stuff you know. I literally have no money this close to xmas so I can't buy pills or anything, does anyon have any tips? Oh and also I can't do that 6 small meals a day thing because I go to work all day. I've heard about drinking lots of water should help but does anyone know how much? Just a few tips will do, thank you.

    Sorry no, does not work that way, You may lose a pound or two in 10 days, but to firm up your arms will take work, doing exercise. You have waited to late for this party, but perhaps starting in the future a healthier life style, working out, diet and the such for next summers party.

    By eating fewer calories than you burn and you will definitely lose weight.
    Your weight is determining your calorie needs so, you need to know your calorie needs first,, and by the way, losing weight can't be done in one week.. you just need to be patient! Try this tip "be a fan of fruits and vegetables they are low in calories and rich in nutrients".
