    Seize 30% of wage.
    Hello there!
    One of my coworker said He pay back 30% of his wage after pay day.
    He is a forein woker on work-visa, work at night.
    He go to bank to get a check cashed and then put through boss's room at night.
    Could you tell me what is the best way to report?

    I don't know what you are asking.

    You have a co-worker who is "kicking back" 30% of his pay to his boss in order to keep his job? Is that right?

    Of course in some counties this is not really illegal, not moral but in some places bribes, kick backs is almost standard operating procedure.

    But you report it to the head of the company, you report it to HR department.

    Boss mean it president of company.
    He brought that co-worker as a skill machinist from abroad.
    There is a minimum wage for skill labor in law.
    That is why he pay that minimum wage and then take back behind them.
    There are two more forein workers, I think They have same situation with that co-worker.
    I just want to know where should I report this?
