    Missed period in November
    I missed my priod in November and cramping and spoted one time no more two pregnant test both negative could I be pregnant

    Could you? Of course. Are you? No one knows until a test proves it. If all that happened is what you said, and nothing more, then probably not. WORRY can make your period light and you can cramp and feel awful. Or it can just happen anyway. Worry can make your body do all sorts of things. Again, get birth control ASAP.
